DEERFIELD — A window washer got stuck on his suspended scaffolding equipment around 3 p.m. Friday afternoon while cleaning a seventh-floor window at 520 Lake-Cook Road, reported Lt. Jim Victor of the Deerfield-Bannockburn Fire Protection District.
Victor said the fire department personnel helped him down using a ladder truck. The man was able to climb down without injury.
Ambulances also responded, Victor said, because the department didn’t know the scope of the situation. The scene was cleared within 20 minutes. ~.
