BURR RIDGE — Autumn made its official arrival in Burr Ridge Saturday with the Burr Ridge Park District’s Harvest Fest at Harvester Park.

The annual celebration of fall included hayrides, pumpkin decorating and a display of scarecrows created by local families. A portion of the park was transformed into a pumpkin patch, where guests could choose their seasonal gourds, and children were kept busy with a bouncy house, a petting zoo and face painting.
