EVANSTON — A 14-year-old boy suffored minor injuries Tuesday afternoon when he jumped from a second story window of a burning building in the 1400 block of Fowler Avenue. The first fire crew, Engine 21, arrived within three minutes to the two-story brick structure, at 1427 Fowler, located on a residential street west of Evanston Township High School.
